Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

If you requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared with the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For a contract for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires if we have begun to perform the contract after you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, have confirmed your awareness that you lose your right of withdrawal by consenting to the start of performance, and we have provided you with that confirmation.

In practice this means: if you request a paid AI reading after booking, having consented to immediate performance, your right of withdrawal for that service expires.
